Generally excellent.. bur there is little to no informa5ion how users access or use these new features . ...not even any examples
I have to use them at my workplace. I e-mailed them on Tuesday June 2nd, 2026 about an IT issue. They have yet to respond to my e-mail. I've sent multiple follow ups. Today is June 4th, 2026. Not sure how many business days it usually takes an IT company to respond to an e-mail. They can be frustrating to deal with at times.
