I am the caregiver for my 90 yr. old Mother she has multiple issues The Intelicare Health Service is the Best in home health care service I feel in Florida I Highly Recommend them for any In Home Health Care the Nurses and Physical Therapy In My Opinion Is The Best In Florida!!!!!!!! I've had to use a few different home healthcare providers over last six years; InTeliCare has been the best. Their nursing staff (especially Kara), OTs (especially Brad), and PTs (especially Mineth and CJ) have been totally awesome. Each have adapted to Mom's personality (a 96 year old -- tired of living French woman who is still "full of life") and have embraced her and made her feel special. I highly recommend this service company.

I worked for InTeliCare for 2 years and they do take pride in caring for their patients(which is most important), but unfortunately not so much their employees. I was hired to help open a Lakeland office and in the meantime, was commuting to Palmetto(Ellenton) to help with that office. Shortly after we acquired another office in Osprey(2.5 hrs. from where I live) and it wasn't doing so well and the staff was let go. The Administrator (Alison), is one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is very knowledgeable, not only in nursing, but with HR related information. She is hardworking and goes the extra mile. The whole staff at the Palmetto office have always been very helpful and do their best to take care of their patients and those that aren’t under their care. I had the pleasure of working with InTelicare for two years now while they took care of multiple family members and close friends. They have the most professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working nurses and staff I’ve ever encountered in this industry. I definitely recommend using them if you are in need of home health services.
