Went through Home Depot to get countertops for out bathroom vanity. They were prompt in reaching out to us to schedule. The process was easy through them. We scheduled them about a week out in order to template the space. Then two weeks later the countertops were installed. Countertop was installed with double sinks and holes cut for faucets in about 30 minutes. Only ding was that one of the backsplash pieces was too long so it hung over the edge of the countertop. Company is a contractor with my local Home Depot. We used Home Depot's Design Services to redo part of our kitchen that included a small countertop area over our sink. Intelco called us over 2 months ago and after leaving one message never answered our phone calls and never called us back. Now at time of kitchen cabinet install Intelco is telling us the process to install a countertop is drastically different than what the contract we signed through Home Depot States. By all accounts, this company doesn't take responsibility for what it misses during quality checks and apparently I'm not the only one that feels this way bausevtgere are others on the internet that feel the same way. We had three sinks integrated. After the installation, I whiped down the hall bath sink because it was dusty. While whipping it down, I noticed three divots on the inseam flat part of the sink. I ordered Solid Surface countertop from Home Depot and Intelco was the fabricator/ installers. They called within a day or so to set the initial appntmnt up. It was a few weeks for installation, which he told me ahead of time and that was totally fine. I am extremely happy with the work they did. Patrick came out with his partner to do the template and was very nice. He answered all of my questions as he worked.
