We called Tom due to a pipe breaking in our basement and the need to address the water asap. It was a weekend and he called back and arrived at our home within an hour of the incident. He was incredibly professional and helpful in assisting us in addressing the problem in addition to advising us on things we could do to make the situation more manageable.
