I recently had pilonidal sinus surgery here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the initial consultation to post-op follow-up, Dr Sri was professional, reassuring and made the whole experience so positive. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery has been much better than expected. I felt well-informed at every step, and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable. I have contacted doctor Sri with an issue and I got an appointment very quickly. During the appointment I was told of all the steps that will be involved in the treatment and the extras that I will be getting to ensure a speedy recovery. Then, 2 weeks after, I had the procedure. Everything went absolutely great on the day. Had some concerns in the days after, but doctor Sri was replying instantly to my emails. Still have a bit left to go on my road to recovery, but so far, my experience has been great!

So I came to integura in March for a pilonidal sinus treatment, from the very first moment I arrived i was made very welcome and greatly comforted by all the staff and the vast knowledge of Mr Sridhar himself. I knew I had came to right place. The treatment itself was outstanding. The op lasted no longer than 30 minutes, and I cant begin to explain the positive impact this has had on my life as a whole. Excellent. I have previously had a procedure through the nhs which left me in pain and unable to have a normal life for 4-6 weeks. This new procedure I had with integura was quick & pain free. I had some slight discomfort for 5-7 days which reduced my physical ability’s slightly but after 10 days I was able to continue with normal life activity. I would highly recommend integura
