I don't think these other reviews are an accurate representation of the facility. Mental health providers tend to draw disproportionately negative reviews. One of the counselors there carefully listened to my concerns and requests regarding reunification therapy. This kind of flexibility is admirable. I've seen all of the providers here at various points. To my knowledge they are all masters degree level clinicians or higher and that is evident in their performance
Staff member Heather wrote a careless and inaccurate letter while releasing me from treatment. That letter was then used against me in court by the other parent. This is in the context of a parental alienation case. So being involved with Integro Counseling actually made things worse, not better. I was also receiving individual counseling, and in hindsight, I realized the counselor was trolling me at several points. Not very therapeutic.
