Fantastic bank with great online presence and a local “old bank” feel where real people actually answer the phone and assist if necessary. We don’t live in Arizona and I still know the bankers by name!!

I've been banking with Integro Bank for some time now, and I can't say enough good things about them! As a small business owner, I appreciate their personalized service. Coming from US Bank, where I experienced a lot of miscommunication and frustration with call centers and in-person tellers giving conflicting information, Integro has been a breath of fresh air. Do not waste your time with this bank… I spoke with the bank for numerous months for an SBA loan… they don’t know what they are doing. They don’t communicate well. They are full of empty promises… I finally had to withdraw my loan application and go with someone else… But I would never work with this bank.
