Great experience with a pain management procedure. The staff are all very professional and attentive, and the facility is also very clean and well kept.
My wife came for a cervical nerve blocker procedure. We were both very worried about the whole process. All staff member minus 1 were willing to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately she’s the only one we didn’t get her name. But she is blonde with tattoos. Working as a nurse here. When my wife was taken back to get the procedure I waited in the waiting room for about 25 minutes before they allowed me to come and see her, as the procedure was done. All of the people that I've dealt with each time in the back are awesome! Super friendly and great personalities. The front desk employees are super friendly as well. I definitely do not have a problem with this place at all. Great experience.
Great doctors, nurses and staff. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Excellent facilities and followup. It shows they really do care!
