Update: tried contacting your office through phone and email to no avail……. You want more information here’s your information Warburg Alberta and your driver laughed and sped away from people bringing their recycling to the curb this morning……. Did that give you enough info! Inconsistent in their pick ups despite the fact they gave a schedule to my town. Recycling continuously not picked up at or picked up days late. I had an issue with a missed pickup but the way customer service handled it was exceptional. They were responsive, took ownership of the mistake, and personally came out to resolve the issue the same day. Mistakes happen, but their follow-through is unmatched.

The drivers are beyond lazy and careless. I sincerely hope the city reconsiders the contract they have with them.

Drastic change in service from the company we previously had serving us to what we have now…… if I could give negative stars I would. Do better you bid for this contract
