good, efficient, well done
There's been a guy with glasses on our route through Hartwick Loop for some time now. Efficient without being rammy. Never thought much past that until this morning. With Christmas yesterday accompanied by a rather large dump of snow, parking was a mess. Bins were placed in horrible spots, and the ones that started out fine were walled in by cars.
