They decided to not empty our garbage because it was within 4 feet of another bin.... instead of being nice and moving the bin an extra foot, emptying it then just leaving a note. They decide to leave the can full and not empty. Now we wont have garbage picked up for 4 weeks total. Good job guys, great customer service!

I don't understand why this company couldn't pick up the garbage on the day scheduled. Most of the time, they left the garbage for tomorrow. Yesterday they skipped bins and picked up some bins. Left our bin til today and still not picked up. Rang the company and forwarded to someone, and no one picked up, it went to voicemail.
My community is currently serviced by Integrity for our waste and recycling and we’ve had excellent service
