The company itself it's not bad, but the people that they have working there are incompetent, uneducated and very disrespectful. I own an auto repair shop, and I dealt with many companies, I have 25 years of experience, this is the first time I had to deal with representatives that lock customer service. As for my company, I won't take another customer that carries this warranty. We work hard to provide an excellent service, and we deserve to be compensated for our work.

I left a review for this company but it was a different integrity warranty. Not sure what these guys are like but I can't find a way to remove the incorrect review.
I had to make a claim for a malfunctioning cooling fan, but Integrity Warranty rejected it. They refused to listen to reason and forced the matter to court. I took them to ACAT, where I won my case. They appealed, and I won again. All in all this took nearly 3 years to resolve. They tried to say they should not be liable and I should have sued the car dealership. I work at Driveline in Savannah and Integrity is the only warranty I sell. They offer terrific coverage at extremely competitive pricing. Huge thanks to Corey for always being available when I have questions and Michelle also for being so very helpful. The company is super responsive with claims and their staff are always wonderful to work with. Love this company and the folks who work there!
