Very Disappointed with customer service I booked my vehicle for Tyre change and wheel Alignment from Kewdale Integrity. An old lady on phone booked me for 3 pm same day. When I came to business she said she forgot to write down my booking so come another day. I explained I took a half day off from job just to change the tyres and alignment. So after long discussion she agreed to change the tyres but can't do wheel Alignment. So we agreed to do alignment next time she again booked me for next week. Integrity tyres provided excellent service and where not just able to provide me with the tyre I need. They also where able to find the cause of the other issues with the rims.
Issues hasn’t been fixed even I have bought a new tyre that was recommended to me.
Great Services. Highly recommended for heavy vehicles.
Great service, had a puncture in my rear tyre on my truck, the young guy got it fixed and I was back on the road, super quick.
