I've worked with Bob at ITS Computers Stroudsburg for a number of years, and he has solved every computer problem I have had. He recently updated an old machine I had to Windows 11. The price was very reasonable, and he answered every question I had. If you need any professional, technical help with any computer issues, go to Bob. Thanks for once again solving a problem and making my life easier!
Bob is a man of his word. He said the repair would take a day, it took a day. He said he would call me when it was ready, he called me when it was ready. He said the cost of the repair would be around $100, it was under a $100. I had checked with multiple other computer repair shops in the area and none were as transparent, forthcoming and or reasonable as Bob. If and when I have any issues with my personal electronics in the future, this place will be my first stop.
Great and knowledgeable. I left my laptop in Bobs hands. He had it up and running in less then a day. He even call to follow up on the repair the next day. 10/10 service.
