Bob is a man of his word. He said the repair would take a day, it took a day. He said he would call me when it was ready, he called me when it was ready. He said the cost of the repair would be around $100, it was under a $100. I had checked with multiple other computer repair shops in the area and none were as transparent, forthcoming and or reasonable as Bob. If and when I have any issues with my personal electronics in the future, this place will be my first stop.

Great and knowledgeable. I left my laptop in Bobs hands. He had it up and running in less then a day. He even call to follow up on the repair the next day. 10/10 service.

I went to Rich's shop in Hawley, Pa. He was fast & reliable. He helped me out more than once w/my tablet. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent professional computer repair service! If I could give more stars, ITS would get a 10. My experience was perfect. Bob is not only an amazing computer repair professional he is welcoming, no weird feeling of entering his office as another person without a clue of what's wrong with their computer. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, FROM INITIAL INQUIRY TO COMPLETION OF THE REPAIR. He even helped me restart my computer when I got it home. My problem was the blue screen of death.
