I called like 5 times they just keep transferring me to different departments All I was asking was statement for the last property no sold
Several LENDERS we work with have this title company blacklisted due to their severe lack of communication. If you have a deadline you can forget about it with this title company. This was by far the worst title we've worked with in over 5 years.

We’ve been using them for 3+ years and she has never missed a closing date. It’s very common for avoidable delays to occur in this business. Use this title company, you won’t regret it.
