We unfortunately had a really awful experience with Amber Barnes. She was extremely unprofessional wouldn’t give her name over the phone after not being a neutral third party. Then she hung up on us multiple times. About a month later I personally called to get our earnest money that was owed to us and she had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude.
