This vehicle is our son's car. He had mentioned the symptoms of a "shaky" steering wheel at lower speeds along with it "pulling". Initially he took the vehicle to the corner Shell station in Springfield, VA as he believes all service stations are the same and the trip to Integrity Tire and Auto in Falls Church is too far and not worth it. I commend Shell for not charging him anything and the recommendation they made (partially correct).
