We have been taking our vehicle to Integrity for years because they were friendly, seemed honest and did good work. A year ago, I would have given them 4-5 stars. Now it's only 1 and I do not recommend Integrity. The customer service was less than stellar. I received a couple of "I don't know" responses to inquiries about the repair they made.
