I was traveling from out-of-state and broke down on I-25 in Colorado on a Sunday. After reviewing on-line the few shops open on Sundays, and eliminating all but one and had my truck towed to EAS Tire and Auto on Austin Bluffs Parkway. Jeffrey Davis was my service advisor. What a serendipity he was. Jeff was so attentive and oversaw a major repair on my truck, to include oversight of the technician and doing some of the repair himself. Took my car to Integrity Tire & Automotive Centers today after emailing and calling them days before stating I needed an alignment done, an oil change, the coolant thermostat replaced, and a diagnostic done on whatever my ex did to my radio for it not to work and my heater/ac making a rough noise when used… I was told it would take 3 hours, however let me tell you… it took them 6 hours to only do the oil change, fight with me to tell me I didn’t need an alignment, the thermostat didn’t need to be changed just a sensor needed... read more
