BUYER BEWARE‼️ Big Brand Tire & Service are SHADY. My lady took her car in for an alignment, during the alignment, the technician broke her tie rod end by using excessive force and negligence. They proceeded to tell her that it was her “rack and pinon that broke and would cost $460” and that “it just happened” she was forced to tow her car out of there and get a second opinion. The new mechanic explained how its clear they tried to force the nut off and broke it. And that it’s not the rack and pinon, only the tie rod end bro... read more
