I called from DC for help with my taxes today to this company in West Virginia, the man inconsiderately and unprofessionally laughed at my circumstance, he was rude so I immediately got off the phone with him. Not a way to treat a potential customer.
This is the worst tax company I have ever worked with. I was told not to pay my taxes to West Virginia, because the state had made a mistake. It cost me Bout $600 in penalties. This company has nothing to do with integrity. They have cleaned out their office and refuse to answer my phone calls or emails. Do not use them if they open their doors again!!
