Negative starts if I could. I initially requested a quote from tax preparer Javier Esquerre to include the TOTAL amount being charged to me. He stated his fee was $175, he did not disclose the additional multiple software, bank, and filing fees. The business filed my tax return without my authorization after I told them I would take my business elsewhere. After speaking to Javier's boss, Derrick, who called himself the VP in headquarters. Do not file with this company. They did my taxes I was supposed to receive one amount that I have and invoice for and didn't get that. Received a totally different amount then was told to call tge IRS because they took it and it was not so. So please DO NOT FILE WITH ANY ONE WHO WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY. Amy, Jessica, and Kevin have something to do with it.
