I'm not sure how this place has gotten two 5 star reviews. I am writing this review to warn people that coming here and having your taxes done is going to cause you much more headache with the IRS then if you did them yourself. We have given this company many times to rectify the situation and still we are having problems. We signed the paperwork, that you always do after having your taxes done, then the IRS states we owe a larger amount. Even after an amendment, no change. I normally don't write reviews but Roxie did my taxes last year and again this year. I can't say enough how professional and excellent she is! She went above and beyond my expectations and helped my family file the proper way to avoid delays within the system. If you are looking for someone to use to file taxes I would contact her!
