I bought my very first car with this Team, recently. Stacey and Tarah sincerely made the process very easy and fun. I had an insane amount of questions and both always answered me clearly, reassured me, as well as validated me. The whole experience, while being stressful in itself, was quite fun! Thank you, Integrity Subary! Honestly, for a first experience, it's a 10/10. I'm so so happy with my Crosstrek Subaru.
They lost the second set of keys to my used vehicle that I purchased for over $40K, essentially blamed me for it, told me they would find a way to make it right, and then ghosted me by not replying to my repeated emails about the keys.
I was charged $2,000 for labour and $6,000 for parts and “Integrity Subaru” still saw fit to charge me for shop supplies and oil! Subarus Suck!
Worst customer service & communication ever. Wish I could rate it -5 Had 2 recall items to deal with & ordered clips to re-attach side panels that were coming off. Took months for parts to come in, then earliest appointment was another 3 weeks. My wife called a couple of weeks before apnt to confirm they had time to put the new clips on as well as the 2 recall items. She left a voicemail and never heard back from them.
