Worst customer service & communication ever. Wish I could rate it -5 Had 2 recall items to deal with & ordered clips to re-attach side panels that were coming off. Took months for parts to come in, then earliest appointment was another 3 weeks. My wife called a couple of weeks before apnt to confirm they had time to put the new clips on as well as the 2 recall items. She left a voicemail and never heard back from them. Absolutely amazing easy experience with this dealership!! Not only were they quick on replying and within less than a week I was in a new vehicle, they were professional, helpful, kind and overall was such a pleasant experience!! Will recommend to anyone!! And special thanks to Stacy and Jim!!
Very disappointed! Took my Outback in for a service only to find a big puddle of oil on my garage floor the next morning. NOT acceptable! On a previous service had a spark plug lead fall off on return from service. On both occasions the service department corrected the faults, but should never have happened. Can no longer trust their service department to do a good job!
From Start to finish the team at Integrity Subaru were fantastic. Many dealerships borderline harass you once you inquire but Stacey was great in answering my questions and not pushy AT ALL. I highly recommend this company for your next vehicle purchase. I also liked the option online that asked what mode of communication you would prefer, thats a fantastic provision!
