The team at Integrity Strata has improved under Claire's time. However, I have found it difficult to reach a consensus about the work that needs doing at our property. Even after a vote was taken in 2023 to clean the driveway ,with the majority of owners voting in favour, a year later this work has not been done. This obfuscation is leading to further damage to the property which will require more expense.
