I couldn't get a roofing company to respond to me after the hurricane. I called Jay & not only did he answer the phone, but he was here the next morning putting a tarp on my roof. He took the time to walk me through the process from beginning to end. He was honest & very knowledgeable. His crew finished the roof in 1 day. They cleaned the yard up afterwards. Integrity Storm Experts (ISE) replaced our roof in July 2023. However, a few weeks after the replacement, we had already reported issues identified with the new roof. At the outset, we trusted ISE, hopeful that they would rectify the issues.
