Lisa and Josh are outstanding, they are super friendly and very helpful. Phil is super funny. I would recommend Integrity Stirage to everyone I know.
I recently rented a storage on 6/30/25. Josh was phenomenal with providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Integrity Storage.
Super clean, and the associate Josh was very helpful and patient.
My last review about their bait and switch practices was removed. I rented my unit directly from their website in March for the listed price of $115. A few days after moving my things into storage, I received a contract from them for $230 instead. I never signed the contract and sent an email to the manager about the discrepancy. She informed me that the price of $115 is promotional and will only last for three months even though they never provided that information on their website.
