Super clean, and the associate Josh was very helpful and patient.
My last review about their bait and switch practices was removed. I rented my unit directly from their website in March for the listed price of $115. A few days after moving my things into storage, I received a contract from them for $230 instead. I never signed the contract and sent an email to the manager about the discrepancy. She informed me that the price of $115 is promotional and will only last for three months even though they never provided that information on their website. I’ve utilized Integrity Storage on Jones Sausage for my business since they opened, and it’s been a smooth experience every step of the way. The facility is always clean and secure, and the billing process is super easy. Being able to rent U-Haul trucks onsite has also been a huge convenience. Joshua is always kind, helpful, and professional—customer service here is top-notch. Highly recommend!
