We purchased an older home in Auburn that had pre-existing heat pumps which had not been checked or cleaned since before we moved in. Jesse came to our home from Integrity. He did a fine job cleaning, inspecting, and tuning the two Hi2 heat pumps outside our home. He did likewise for the six units on the walls within rooms of our home. Two of them needed a deep cleaning. He took those two apart and outside for that deep cleaning. The professionalism and work ethic of the group and Integrity Services of Maine is like no other. From the very start, Bill and his team were responsive to any question asked and had patience with us if we needed to have further clarification on items. They took time to make sure we understood the process and that we were fully satisfied with the entire job.
