The staff was incredibly rude to my spouse while trying to fulfill fertility medication. Getting ahold of Integrity to pay a bill was a nightmare.

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and repeatedly tried calling the pharmacy, but no one answered the phone. After waiting outside for an extended period, a man who appeared to work there happened to walk by. I asked him to notify the staff that I was waiting, and only then did someone finally acknowledge me. It is now 9:10 a.m., and after all this time, I was contacted only to verify my medication—only to be told that I must wait yet another hour before I can actually pick it up. Called for refill and they scheduled me for pickup Saturday 8:30AM. Guess what? They open 8:30AM. Waisted an hour of my time.

Update: I have been busy so wasnt able to get to this until now. My trigger shot arrived on 7/16! They had repackaged the prescription and did not send me the updated tracking. I had a customer service rep reach out personally after I had made my review. I will say, overall the customer service has been great. The people are very nice. I am disappointed that I did not get updated tracking because I was internally freaking out because I needed my shot on 7/16 and everywhere local I called did not have it in stock.
