Horrible experience resulting in delayed medication, IVF cycle delay and poor customer service. Do not recommend
For urgent, overnight shipping of medications, why would they not run the payment with enough lead time to resolve issues prior to the shipping occurring? I took off of work to be home at the hours they needed me to to receive the medication, only to be told at the last minute that my FSA card, which was successfully charged the $1 pre-fee, successfully used at CVS on the same day as they tried to charge it, and has $3000 balance (they charged a $200 medication) declined due to unauthorized transaction --an issue on their en... read more
What a nightmare to talk to them. You have to talk to tons of people and tell you story untill they say “let me transfer you to someone who can help” What a joke. So when I started to tell you my concern you did not realize that you can’t help? Nice Fraud
My doctor recommended them and I am still questioning myself “why”. After talking on the phone with them I decided to go with mail order pharmacy in Chicago.
