We had work from a storm done last year.. gutters are leaking ant a point where they are joined together and they never brought the screen for our new windows. We called them and asked for the gutters to be looked at (we were told they warranty their work) and the window screen that they never installed they said we will be out their in the next couple of days but never showed up with the window screen or to look at the gutters. We were thrilled with every piece of the project until literally the last step. Their team was friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. The renovation was perfect except we were stuck at the end with $4,000 worth of green tinted glass for shower doors when we expected clear glass. We were told they were working on a solution but never heard from them again.

I continually had to ask when they were coming and then when did finish they would not provide all the needed information needed to file with insurance company to pay for my replacement roof.

Integrity came out to our home and did an amazing job on the roof of our new sunroom. They cleaned up after themselves, polite crew and we LOVE our room. We would recommend them with no reservations.
