Integrity/Payne roofing installed a new roof in July. 3 months later, it leaked. The owner came out to our home and offered to repair drywall damage in our garage caused by the leak. After repairing the leak on the roof, we were then told by the owner that he was NOT going to repair the drywall because he claimed that his work didn't cause the leak. I called Integrity Roofing and scheduled an estimate for the following day. I received a confirmation email the day of the call. The next day, I receive a call from the estimator stating that he's on his way and will be there soon. All pretty standard stuff. When the estimator does get to my home, it gets a little weird. He not call or text me, much less knock on the door to let me know he's there, his footsteps on the roof are the only notice I get.
