Absolutely insane. Had a shower leak and mold growth. The mold was dealt with the next day which was nice, but they have taken over 5 months to put everything back together. My shower still isn't usable, and the bedroom just got carpet today but still needs paint and trim. No communication whatsoever. We don't get told they're coming until the day they're coming after they get done at a different job. We're barely an afterthought because we're insurance and not and actual customer. Beyond disappointed.
I was referred to Integrity Reatoration from my insurance company after a flood caused damage to my first floor and finished basement. Not only did they come in and complete the remediation, they did the rebuild which required floor replacement, drywall, and bathrooms. They did an amazing job, not only ensuring it was done correctly, but working with me to find ways to make the finished product so much more aesthetically pleasing. Can I give negative stars!!!! These vultures showed up at my house after our house fire and convinced us that they were sent there by the city! They lied to us about everything possible from the temporary housing to the “custom flooring” they claimed was “oak” and now is destroyed!!
