Integrity was referral from my Insurance Company - never again. The owner was condescending and paternalistic during his walk through and then submitted the claim to my insurance before I had even seen it. Once they had the check in hand, it took me several weeks to get someone to call me back. Work finally started, however there was never a project plan with timing, and the project manager would often call less than a day ahead to tell me they were coming to do the work the next morning.
