We began a major remodel of the kitchen, sunroom and entrance hallways in our 1895 Kirtland Cutter historical house in Spokane in early January, 2025. Workers were always on time. Always cleaned up when they were done. highest quality work no complaints. they always kept us in the loop letting us know what was going on and when they would arrive. Great job replacing support columns on our front porch and the railings

Poor first experience. Have a major bathroom remodel planned. Reached out to four local contractors that sounded good, have great reviews, and impressive websites/portfolios. Two responded on the very same day we put in a request for a quote, and the third replied, the very next day. Integrity took four days to reply, and when they did, they replied by sending a PDF demanding a signature authorizing a “non-refundable” $700 consultation fee just to get a job bid.
