Poor first experience. Have a major bathroom remodel planned. Reached out to four local contractors that sounded good, have great reviews, and impressive websites/portfolios. Two responded on the very same day we put in a request for a quote, and the third replied, the very next day. Integrity took four days to reply, and when they did, they replied by sending a PDF demanding a signature authorizing a “non-refundable” $700 consultation fee just to get a job bid. Integrity is a very thorough and thoughtful contractor. We appreciated their attention to detail and consideration all throughout our enormous project. They always double-checked that everything was done the way we wanted and made it happen. The quality of their work is unprecedented too. In the future, if we have any new remodeling projects, we’ll definitely turn to Integrity again.
The Integrity Remodeling team was absolutely incredible to work with from the start of our discussions through the end of construction. They always responded promptly, they were courteous and professional, always respectful and clean in our house, trustworthy, organized, had great subcontractors, and finished ahead of schedule. They did a complete bathroom remodel for us and we love it - excellent work. We would definitely hire them again and provide a strong recommendation to others.

The absolute best experience. Everyone I had the fortune to work with cared about my project. They do excellent work and have high standards. I had someone come out to measure for blinds.
