Would not recommend, called and had horrible customer service, Sandy gave quite a bit of attitude just with me calling to schedule a viewing. They allow 2-3 cars max, you can not have a personal business while living with them nor park business vehicles on their property. VERY STRICT HOA, on top of all of that I have heard absolutely horrendous reviews about this company around town.
I’ve gone back and forth on if it would make a difference to write this but if it saves one person from dealing with this company it’s worth it. And seeing most the “good” reviews are from their own friends and families something needs to be said. We rented from here for 4 years in Graham. When we moved in there was still trash in the garage from previous tenants that I hauled away on my own dime to avoid issues on day 1.
