Integrity Psychological Services and Michelle specifically have helped me alot this past year. I feel heard and seen and understood by someone. Michelle has guided me to understand my certain issues or problems and that I am not alone, that my problems in life can be overcome and that anxiety doesn't have to cripple you. She has excellent advice.
