Carolyn was extremely helpful in helping us find our Incline Village home. She listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us properties that matched our asks. Carolyn helped us negotiate with a challenging seller/agent situation to ensure that key items were fixed per inspections and trees/branches were removed per fire insurance compliance guidelines. She was helpful on walk through to ensure appliances,etc were in working order. I would highly recommend Carolyn at Canopy .
