Joe is the BEST! Our office printer was having some issues and we talked back & forth through email, then connected over the phone. Once we figured out the problem, Joe came to our business to work on the repair. After looking at the printer in person, he wanted to make sure it was not bad ink. We confirmed it indeed was an ink cartridge failure. He is so knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows with you. Very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Integrity Printer Services in the future.
I had a fantastic experience with Integrity Printing! I called Joe yesterday to ask if he could service my old HP 4200n printer. We discussed the issue and the estimated cost over the phone. I dropped the printer off this morning, and by this afternoon, Joe called to let me know it was already done! He thoroughly cleaned the printer, replaced the rollers, and cleaned the solenoid.
