4/21/2021 My pool Polaris vacuum was not working properly in January and Integrity pool cleaning department took it and repaired it. I paid for the repair. In March it was not working again. They came over to check and told me to pay again for the same problem. I called the company several times but not responsive. Do not use this company, you will not get your pool cleaned and you will be charged for services you will not receive.
A caring pool company is almost impossible to find these days. I have been fortunate for the past 4 years to have someone that treated my pools as his and when he retired, I was very concerned due to my previous experiences with pool services. I contacted and talked to several services from cheap to expensive and finally selected Intergrity Pools to give them a try.
