We are extremely disappointed. We used to trust and value this company, but after being away from our home for a few months, we discovered that we were being charged for services that were never performed. Our security cameras clearly show the service truck parking in our driveway, and the technician getting out only to leave a service slip—without doing any actual work. Integrity Pool helped take a 40 year old pool that was built with regular bricks for coping that had cracked and fell apart, and transformed the pool to a functioning modern-day pool. They were able to keep my existing tiles, that I liked, that could not be found anymore. They did all this for half the price of other quotes I had received.
