Detailed assessment however...the estimate provided was by far the most EXPENSIVE of any company I had out to my property. The estimate was littered with unnecessary additions and padding to make the estimate skyrocket. I have no doubt they are excellent at their work, but I would check around to get something reasonable or at least a price which falls generally in line with those of others in the area.
From beginning to end, we had a pleasant experience with integrity plumbing. I believe our technician‘s name was Carlos, he had an assistant- both men were informative, kind, professional, transparent, and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem immediately, and had us scheduled for the repair the very next day. The repair went well, and we are very happy with the finished result. The original quote we were given, was the final amount of what we paid. Highly recommend Carlos with Integrity Plumbing!
