I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes Oct. 2023 A1C was 11.9, my weight was 155 and BMI was 28 During the first 3 months of training with Kris 2 times a week, I noticed a huge improvement in my health. I started working with Kris in August of 2022. Originally I was just going to work with her for 6 months with the goal to have her help me get in the best shape(both for strength & endurance) possible before a major surgical procedure in Feb. 2023. I had my surgery in Feb. 2023 and know that my work with her not only helped me during the actual procedure but in the 8 weeks post op recovery.
