The end result of our house is beautiful. We did have miscommunication with some of the prepping steps at the beginning of our project. Bare wood spots were not primed & we had some paint pulls starting. We were concerned with the longevity of the paint sticking without the primer. James sent his crew back to sand, prime & repaint areas on the house. In our walk around the house, he added touch ups for crew to do to improve the paint job.
