Great Customer Service – Great customer service. I was running a hectic schedule but needed to take my Toyota Sienna to the shop before a long trip, Ray offered to drop me off to my appointment (4 miles away) and offered to pick me up once done. I don't know if they do that to all customers but I surely appreciated the help that day. It was such a blessing. Reasonable and affordable. No overselling. Location is convenient, clean and not intimidating. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
great customer service/work – The first time I called John at Integrity I was in a panic. I had to send a customer up to Integrity because the other auto shop I sent her to was going to charge her 400.00. He calmed me down and told me it shouldnt be over 120.00. It was 109.74. Both times Ive been to him its been less than the estimate. I thought Integrity Muffler went out of thier way to take care of my car and me. Worst Muffler Shop Ever, Don't waste your time or money – I should have known when I took my car down to Integrity Muffler and there were no other customers in sight. I figured I was just early. Everything seemed ok until I came back to pick my car up. I noticed a few flaws which they adjusted but it wasn't until I took my car to the tire shop that I noticed all of their crappy work.
