My wife bought a car from these guys and it was a horrible experience. They kept telling us the vehicle was ready to pick up and three times in a row we drove out and it still needed repairs. They told us if we got their warranty that they would do the repairs. When the car needed to be fixed, they suddenly don’t know anything about a warranty. And even though they are charging $650 for a few spark plugs, now they say they aren’t even a mechanic. These guys are a joke.
I had a great experience buying my 04 Chevy Tahoe from Integrity Motors. Josh and his team where great! I live in Northern Michigan so after finding the truck online I gave them a call. Sales manager Josh was was friendly and answered all of my questions. He sent me more pictures that I requested and so I braved the "30 year" blizzard and made the 14 hour trip south to take a look. Had a great experience! Josh and Makenzie were very helpful. I like that the carfax was readily available and that Josh has all the maintenance records for the car. This company is honest and the cars are good quality.
Josh, Mckenzie and Mike were great. They did a great deal for me. I swapped a Honda Civic for a Toyota Tacoma and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable used car dealership with NO PRESSURE sales. They have great cars with no salvage titles.
