I was excited to work with this group after a friend recommended them, but my experience was completely different. The loan officer initially called me promptly and explained the process, but after I began submitting documents, communication stopped. I followed up multiple times via email and phone with no response. Then, without notice, a new loan officer appeared in the app but never reached out. After a month of silence, I withdrew my application. Extremely disappointing.
My daughter is a realtor in indianapolis and told me about Integrity Mortgage here in NC. I called Chris Wolfe and could not have had a better experience. He and his associates were always available to answer any question and or to set my mind at ease. Chris was very attentive and a wonderful listener to any issues i was concerned about and the most caring person I have ever done business with. Chris’s expertise and honesty really makes him a delight to work with, not to mention his fast turn around time and ability to get things done!
