This is not a personal review on Pam Bazelle (Co-founder), but one on their business practices. As new homeowners in 2017, we were introduced to Pam & Integrity Mortgage through our real estate agent. 2017 home buying was a rushed, "WTH" is-going-on process. 2019, and deciding to refinance (and now more financially savvy) - We had more time (total 5 hrs) to comparison shop with nationally reputed mortgage firms, and called Pam as well for a quote.
