Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I attempted to resolve an issue through their Vice President, Zachary, and he was not helpful or professional during our phone conversation. Instead of providing clarity or a solution, the interaction felt dismissive and unorganized. On top of that, the charges fluctuated dramatically some months around $70 and others jumping to approximately $135 with no clear explanation. Mind you the charges were supposed to be less than $30. I’ve been attempting to cancel charges from them for over 3 years. They fail to return calls or cancel my account. We haven’t processed a single credit card in 5 years, yet they continue to charge $30 a month. After multiple phone calls and emails, I’m now having to pursue legal action. Avoid this company at all cost.
Our agent Suzanne Handley has given us by far the best service and pricing anywhere to be found. We had another provider for many years until recently, when she reached out to us and asked for some time to show Integrity Merchant Solutions could do much better than what we were paying. I gave her that time! Very very happy we did.
