Integrity is not the word to use firbthis conoany. The people you have just up front answering phones and scheduling wouldn't know the meaning if integrity if it was read to them and the write it 100 times. How sad and mean those women are!!! People clearly have issues or we wouldn't be calling you. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Ive been going to this establishment for mental health for many months now. I had my paperwork pre done before arriving which made the whole process strait forward and easy! Ive never had issues getting scheduled, and also have the ability to email them if i need refills or add an extra appointment. Joanna is one of the best psychiatrists I've had so far and I've had 2. Recently, my teenage foster daughter has been seeing a therapist there, Essie, and seems to be very comfortable with her. This is not an easy task for us to find someone she fits with. We have experienced Essie and this company to be quite knowledgeable and accommodating. This is a gift in many ways. Residing in Sandpoint and finding a therapist is always a challenge. I will be bringing my future foster kiddos and referring all my friends and colleagues. Class Act!

My experience at Integrity Health in CDA has been very positive. Johanna is very attentive and professional, and seems very compassionate. I feel relaxed here and love the sweet dogs too.
