It's always a pleasure when I have an appointment. The staff are all professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the inviting smile of the awesome intake guy..... He let's me get candy (for my granddaughter).
They forgot to give me back my MRI disc from 2017. They asked me for my prior history and documentation/discs and they never even personally handed it back. My partner at some point was given her discs and mine but I’m missing one. Not only that I have been in a major car accident and that disc is the only proof I never had any herniated discs prior to the accident. This is really disappointing and I had to take an uber almost a whole hour just to get there. I need the disc sent back to me immediately. Doctor or should I say... read more
I arrived early for my appointment and asked if they could squeeze me in as I had another appointment to get to. I was seen almost immediately and I made my next appointment! Love this place and Dr Torres is someone special!
