The service is terrible. At the Clermont branch, the person at the front desk is very rude, disrespectful, and impolite. When one is looking for a doctor, especially a primary care physician, it is to feel supported when you are sick. How is it possible that a patient comes in asking for an appointment to be examined because of a health condition, and the receptionist responds that they have 30 patients and only one doctor, making it impossible to fit someone in? Is this primary medical care?
