Some staff members (especially Beverly) here are rude and dismissive, which made what should have been a visit unnecessarily frustrating. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. Janna does a great job listening to you and getting you what your body needs to get better. She is transparent and straightforward, so you know exactly what's going on.
