I love this staff.They always get me in as soon as they can. I never have to wait
Some staff members (especially Beverly) here are rude and dismissive, which made what should have been a visit unnecessarily frustrating. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, which is not what anyone should experience at a primary care office.
