I''m much more happier and healthier now that I go to Northwest medical group in Laporte because Dr. Hamwi is such a hassle to honor appointments and renew perscriptions.
5 stars. Doctor and staff are always attentive and personable. I walked in without an appointment because I wasn't feeling well. I was seen within 5 minutes. I am always treated with dignity and respect, age 78 that is important to me. I am glad we have quality care in our community.
Dr. Al-Hamwei is an ignorant and incompetent person taking advantage of the people in Knox who cannot travel for quality Healthcare. If you are any kind of overweight you will NOT receive any help, testing, or compassion. He has said, and this is a DIRECT QUOTE, "fat women use PCOS as an excuse to be fat". If you are a woman, you will NOT receive any help, testing, or compassion. 10 years of struggling dismissed by my weight with NO tests done EVER IN 10 YEARS, only to find very serious and life debilitating issues once I go... read more
Dr. Al-Hamwi is an excellent physician that is identified as an internal medicine physician. The staff is nice and handles co-pays, insurance and the documentation of necessary information. I checked in, was called within 10 minutes to the room, and seen by Dr. Al-Hamwi in a sufficient amount of time. Thank you Integrity Medical!
